PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: 1 June, 2025.
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we collect, process, use and share your personal information when you download and play our games and use our websites, applications and other products. The Policy is an integral part of the Mobile Game End User License Agreement (“EULA”). All terms shall have the meanings that are given for them in the Agreement.
GENERAL INFORMATION
In this Policy, the Operator, "we", "us" or "our" means the company named East-Games LLC incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan or its affiliates providing the Game in other jurisdictions. In order to ensure the use of the Game, information about you is collected and used by the Operator to the extent related to the Game. The Operator does not check the Accounts provided by the User and cannot judge their reliability, as well as whether the User has sufficient legal capacity to provide scientific data. The Operator reasonably believes that the User provides accurate and sufficient data, as well as updates them in a timely manner. By registering an Account, the User confirms that he has reached the acceptable age of use in accordance with applicable law.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We process your data only if such processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you, the performance of our legal obligations and our legitimate interests, if such interests are not overridden by your interests, fundamental rights and freedoms, for the exercise of which the protection of your data is required. It is in our legitimate interests to provide and improve the quality of the Game in an efficient, safe and harmless manner. Most of our data collection is limited to the following types of data, which do not identify you personally but may uniquely identify the device you are using to play to/use the Game. In some countries, this type of data may be considered as personal information:

Log Information: We log information about your use of the Game, including the type of device you use, the features you use, access times, and your IP address.

Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the Game, including information about the device’s software and hardware, unique device identifiers (i.e. Device ID and advertising ID), device tokens for push- messages, mobile network information and time zone.

Usage Information: We collect information relating to your use of the Game, including your game progress, scores, achievements and interactions with other players.

Consumption information: We collect information about your consumption habits relating to your use of the Game, including which purchases you make with both virtual and real currencies and the reception of virtual goods in-game.

If you log into the Game using a third-party site or platform such as Facebook, we can access information about you from that site or platform, such as your screen name, profile photo, friend lists (if the feature is available), in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such third-party site or platform provided that you have given the third-party site in question such consent. If you log into the Game using a third-party site or platform, you represent and warrant that (i) your access and use of such features in connection with the Game will comply with the applicable terms and policies of such site or platform; and (ii) that you are over the minimum age limit that is prescribed for such third-party site or platform by the legislation in the individual jurisdictions.
HOW WE PROCESS YOUR DATA
4.1. Information security
We take reasonable security measures to protect your data from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, taking into account the risks associated with the processing and the nature of the data. Technical security measures are implemented taking into account the level of technology development, the nature of the information being processed and the risks associated with its processing. Information is processed mainly automatically, when employees or contractors gain access, the amount necessary for the performance of duties necessary for the performance of such persons to perform their official duties is controlled, while legally significant decisions are not made on the basis of automatic processing.
4.2. Data processing by third parties
We may share Data about you with our affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors, or agents working on our behalf for the purposes set out in this Policy. For example, we may engage companies to help provide you the Game support. All of our suppliers and agents must comply with our data privacy and security requirements; They are not allowed to use the data they collect about you for any purpose other than as specified by us. Such companies may be located outside the Republic of Uzbekistan. For more information, please refer to Section 7 "Data Transfers".
4.3. Children/minors privacy notice for parents/legal guardians
According to the GDPR, COPPA and other applicable laws and regulations, the minimum age for you to play the Game unsupervised is 13 (in United States of America)/ 14(in United Kingdom)/16(in Europe)/18(in most countries) years old. If you are at least the relevant minimum age but are not legally considered an adult in your jurisdiction, you must ask one of your parents (or legal guardians) to read this Privacy Policy and accept it on your behalf, and to create an Account. Parents and guardians are responsible for the acts of their minor children when using a Game Account they created, or the Game, and if you are a parent or guardian accepting these this Privacy Policy, you understand and agree that you will be responsible for all uses of the Game Account and the Game by your minor child whether or not you authorized such uses. You may not create or use a Game Account, or use or access the Game on behalf of a legal entity or for a commercial purpose.
We will not knowingly collect personal data from children under this age without prior consent from their parents or legal representative. We encourage parents to instruct their children to never give out personal data when online.
At any time, parent/legal guardian can refuse to permit us to collect further data of their children in association with a particular Account, and can request that we cease collecting of such data, by sending a corresponding request via privacy@eastgames.uz.

4.4. Data retention
We will retain your information for as long as required to perform the purposes for which the data was collected, depending on the legal basis for which that data was obtained and/or whether additional legal/regulatory obligations mandate that we retain your information during the term that is required and/or permissible under applicable/relevant law. We will process information about you where we have your consent, where we have a legitimate interest to do so, where the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you, and/or where we have a legal obligation to process your information. For example, we typically rely on:

consent to send you email marketing, or to deliver third-party targeted advertising to you;

our legitimate interests to process your information when providing you with customer service support and security purposes;

on contractual necessity to process information when you create an account or otherwise use our services to enable us to provide you with our Services.

If you are a resident in a territory where our legitimate interests mentioned above are not recognized as a lawful basis under applicable law, we will identify and use other appropriate lawful bases to process your personal information such as contractual necessity or your consent.
You may delete your data by
- removing your Account. You can remove your Account in the Game or you may request for it by contacting the support service through the Platform;- by contacting us via e-mail: privacy@eastgames.uz.
PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
The purposes of data processing are:

To enable you to install the Games, use it, and verify and confirm your payments;

Provide you with information about your Account, transactions, and changes to our policies;

Provide support (including, but not limited to, the Game updates, troubleshooting, etc.).

Management and administration (identifying the owner of the Account, providing the user with information about the Account, transactions, features, and changes to our policy);

Carrying out communications (marketing communications, sending offers in which you may be interested, in-game offers depending on the cohort);

Quality improvement (implementation of activities, correction of errors, addition of tools, services, functionality, including through analytical surveys and questionnaires);

To contact you, to send you information about our services, and to notify you about changes or updates to the platforms or our services.

When you use the Game, we collect information either directly from you (when you provide information to us) or indirectly (e.g., through the technology of the Game).
RETRIEVAL OF INFORMATION
6.1. DIRECT INFORMATION
We collect Data about you and other information you provide.
Account Data
You may need to create an account with us in order to access and use some elements of the Game ("Account"). Account is personal to you and you are prohibited from gifting, lending, transferring or otherwise permitting any other person to access or use the Account. Account name, user ID and other identifiers you adopt within our services remains our property and we can disable, reclaim and reuse these once the Account is terminated or deactivated for whatever reason by either you or us. You are responsible for: (i) safeguarding the details of the Account, and (ii) all use of our services under the Account. You must promptly notify us if you know or suspect that the Account or its password have been compromised. We will regard all use of the Account as being by you, except where we have received and acknowledged your notification to us regarding the Account and/or its password being compromised. You can also use your credentials from the Facebook to speed up account creation. We also generate a unique number/identifier ("user ID") in connection with your Account, which is used to identify you when you use the Game.
6.2. INDIRECT INFORMATION
This information may include, but is not limited to, anonymized device information (software and hardware used), data collected through automated electronic interactions, application usage data, demographic information, geographic and geolocation information, statistical and aggregated information (""Other Information"). Statistical or aggregated information does not directly identify a specific individual, but may be derived from your data. For example, you can aggregate your data to calculate the percentage of users in a particular country. Other information combined with your data will be treated as your data.
Analytics tools
We have implemented Analytics tools to help us understand how our games are being used in order to help us improve our games and plan for future game releases. For example we use Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics to keep track of how many players are engaging with our games, player progress, any in-app purchases, as well as device type, operating system, crash logs, diagnostics data, language settings, play session lengths and broad geographic information like your country and city.Ad-networks
Because the Game free-to-play, we periodically display in-game advertising by third parties to generate revenue. In order to display relevant advertising (also known as interest based advertising) and measure performance of advertising campaigns we have implemented several ad-networks within the game which collect and transfer non-sensitive device information including:- +

Android Advertising identifier or Apple Identifier for Advertisers

Do Not Track. Your browser settings allow you to automatically transmit a "Do Not Track" signal to the online services you visit. However, it should be taken into account that there is no uniform approach in the industry for how site and application operators should respond to these signals. Accordingly, we will only check for or respond to "Do Not Track" signals if we are required to do so by law. 6.2.1. Information from our partners
In some cases, we receive your data as a data controller. This means that such data is controlled by our partners and we only use it in accordance with the instructions of the partners and the requirements of applicable law.
Advertising Partners. In order to provide you with in-game items and/or in-game currency to participate in various loyalty programs, we may also receive information from our partners, such as telecommunications companies, banks, cashback services, travel agencies, etc.
DATA TRANSFER
In order to fulfill the terms of our agreement with you and to comply with our legal obligations and interests, we may share your data with the following categories of third parties:
7.1. Advertising and Measurement Partners:
We share your contact information that you provide to help target, deliver, and measure the effectiveness of online advertising on third-party services, and to facilitate the transmission of information that may be useful, relevant, or of interest to you, such as allowing you to receive rewards for viewing in-game ads. These individuals may act as our data processors or, in certain cases, independently decide how to process your information.7.2. Data Storage Partners:
Some of the data we collect is stored on servers of third-party storage services;7.3. Related Companies:
As a global company, we share information with our affiliates and/or related parties who act as data processors. This information may be processed by our representative offices/subsidiaries/partners around the world. Your data may also be processed outside the jurisdiction in which it was collected, which imposes security requirements on controllers data transmitted to processors. If we share your data with our affiliates, we will ensure that we provide an adequate level of protection for your data.7.4. Change of control:
We may disclose your information as part of or in the course of negotiating/preparing for the sale, merger, change of control structure of our company, when we acquire or merge our assets or any portion thereof in any way, or when we transfer all or a portion of our business to another business. In addition, when the right to publish Games and other related Products is transferred to a third party, the new publisher will be entitled to use your data in the manner similar to that set forth in this Policy, unless otherwise expressly communicated to you.7.5. Cross-border data transfers:
We transfer your data to third parties only if it is really necessary. Your information may, for example, be transferred or transmitted to, or stored and processed in other countries outside of where You live. These data transfers are necessary to provide the services set forth herein. The submission of Data by You via the Game may involve the transfer of Data to countries located outside the EEA which do not provide a similar or adequate level of protection to that provided by countries in the EEA. If applicable data protection laws require, we will obtain your consent for these data transfers to countries outside the EEA. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that any Data is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy. In the event there is a necessity to export your data to a third country or international organisations outside of the European union/European Economic Area (“EU/EEA”) in the event you are European citizen, the transfers shall be secured the basis of an adequacy decision or standard EU Model clauses.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to exercise your rights of access to data, rectification, request correction of data, deletion of data and object to its processing.
8.1. OPTING OUT OF DIRECT MARKETING AND RIGHT TO OBJECT
You can unsubscribe from targeted marketing materials in your Personal Account. Please note that even if you cancel your subscription and opt out of receiving personalized marketing materials, emails, messages and offers (both in the Games and online in general), we will still send you certain notifications (so-called "transactional notifications").8.2. ACCESS RIGHT
You have the right to access the Data we have collected about you, i.e. you have the right to request free of charge (i) information about the storage of Data about you, (ii) access to Data about you, and (iii) a copy of the Data stored about you. In the event that a request infringes the rights and freedoms of others or does not have a clear justification, or in the event of an excessive number of requests, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for complying with the request (including associated administrative costs) or refuse to comply with it.8.3. RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION
It is up to you to determine which alias, email address, phone number, country (only in exceptional circumstances), social media accounts, and payment methods will be associated with your Account. In case of any changes to the above data, please make the appropriate changes to the Account. Please let us know if any Data about you is untrue. You have the right to request that we clarify your data, block or destroy it if the data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as to take measures provided for by law to protect your rights.8.4. RIGHT TO ERASURE
If such an option is displayed you have the right to request the deletion of Data about you by deleting your Account. Deleting your account will result in a complete loss of access to the Game through such account, and you will also lose access to information related to your account and games, such as payment information. Information Retained. At the end of the recovery period, we will delete all of your data, except for data necessary to comply with applicable laws (e.g. tax and accounting) and to detect, investigate and prevent violations of the Game rules, the EULA, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. After your Account is deleted, anonymous or anonymized information is also stored. Information that published (for example, in the Game's chats remains visible even after your Account or information in your profile or mailbox is deleted; An unknown user is listed as the source of content associated with deleted accounts in groups. Your profile may continue to appear in other services (e.g., search engine results) until the appropriate cache is updated.8.5. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT
Where we rely on consent, You also have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your data, in whole or in part. To do so, please contact us using the contact details in Section 2 of this Policy. In the event that you withdraw your consent to the processing of your data, we will stop processing it to the extent specified by you or ensure the termination of such processing (if the processing of personal data is carried out by another person on our behalf) and in the event that the storage of data is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing data, we will destroy the data or ensure its destruction (if the processing of the data is carried out by another person on our behalf) within the time limit not to exceed 30 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal of consent, unless otherwise provided by the consent to you or applicable laws. If we are unable to destroy the data within the specified period, we will block such data or ensure that it is blocked (if the processing of the data is carried out by another person on our behalf) and ensure the destruction of the data within a period of no more than 6 months, unless otherwise provided by applicable laws.For California Consumers
If you are a California resident and we have collected personal information (as defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act) about you, you may also request that we: Provide you the categories of personal information we collect and disclose about you; the categories of sources of such information; the business or commercial purpose for collecting your personal information; and the categories of third parties with whom we share personal information. Such information is also set forth in this Policy. Provide access to and/or a copy of certain information we hold about you. Delete certain information we have about you. You also have the right to not be discriminated against (as provided for in applicable law) for exercising certain of your rights. If you would like further information regarding your legal rights under applicable law or would like to exercise any of them, please contact us as via email privacy@eastgames.uz. We will consider all requests and respond within the time period stated by applicable law. Please note your rights and choices vary depending upon your location, and that we may request you provide us with information necessary to confirm your identity before responding to your request as required or permitted by applicable law. Certain information may be exempt from such requests under applicable law. For example, we need certain types of information so that we can provide the Games to you or to comply with a legal obligation. If you ask us to delete certain information, you may no longer be able to access or use the Games with the initial account.For Nevada Consumers
Under a Nevada privacy law, certain Nevada residents may opt out of the “sale” (as defined in that law) of certain categories of information about them for monetary consideration to a person for that person to license or sell such information to additional persons. As of the effective date of this Privacy Policy, we do not engage in such “sales” of information covered by that law. However, if you are a qualifying Nevada resident, you may submit a request to opt out of future “sales” by us under that Nevada law by writing to us as described below. We reserve the right to take reasonable steps to verify your identity and the authenticity of the request. Once verified, we will maintain your request in the event our practices change.
LAMENTATION
In the event of complaints about our non-compliance with regulatory requirements, you may contact us as set out in section 2 above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authorities in your jurisdiction.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may make changes to this Policy from time to time for a variety of reasons, such as to reflect legal and regulatory changes, changes in industry principles, and technical developments. If the changes are material, we may send you a further notice to the email address you have provided.
